1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped two times each month (approximately the 15th and 30th). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you need your order sooner, please email us at hello@nadinebowerstudios.com.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are free for the time being for anyone ordering within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs, and the delivery location.

Shipping Options:

  • Free Shipping: Please provide your shipping address at checkout.

  • Local Delivery: If your shipping address is in Wood, Lucas, or Ottawa County, Ohio, please choose this option at checkout when available.

  • International Shipping: We apologize for the inconvenience but shipping outside of the United States is unavailable at this time.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nadine Bower Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, and customs charges) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care to ensure that your artwork and products are securely packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email hello@nadinebowerstudios.com within 3 days of receiving the package. Provide a detailed description and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility. However, if your package goes missing, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking it.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to the United States. If you are located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at hello@nadinebowerstudios.com to discuss potential shipping arrangements.

7. Local Delivery

If you are located in Wood, Ottawa or Lucas county, we may offer a local delivery option. If it’s available for your order, you may choose this option at checkout and provide your delivery address.
